Carson Wentz, Deshaun Watson and Andrew Luck are healthy. Fantasy Football owners will find risk with Kansas City Chiefs Quarterback Patrick Mahomes ranked 10th overall. The quarterback position is deep.
Rob Gronkowski, Zach Ertz and Travis Kelce sit atop the Fantasy Football Tight End Rankings. New season and new questions surrounding Evan Engram and the Giants gamescipt in 2018, Aaron Rodgers featuring Jimmy Graham, Jordan Reed’s health and Trey Burton’s upside with playing share in 2018.
Keenan Allen in 2017 went for 159 targets, 102 receptions, 1,393 yards and 6 touchdowns. The Phillip Rivers stack should be there again in 2018. 100+ receptions on 150+ targets is enticing!
Unless, Carlos Hyde or Nick Chubb drop to me in my ppr leagues. I won’t be drafting either and Duke Johnson is further down my rankings. Their value at the moment will come in DFS and be a game of who “ya got this week?” Im liking Carlos Hyde’s pass catching abilities if I had to pick one.
“Fantasy Football Player Combinations” in league play or “Stacks in Daily Fantasy Sports” are a great way to win. In league play, you need to forecast in August which combinations present the best opportunity for consistent points week in and week out. Obviously for DFS, stacks are adjusted accordingly per week.
Health, Consistency and Upside are 3 factors I’m focusing on with my Running Back Rankings. Touchdown potential, touches and targets in Fantasy Football are money in the bank. At the end of the day they position us for a chance to succeed and provide the opportunities for Fantasy points. The data is deep and calculated risk should be made. Every football season brings us what ifs and surprises. Draft a foundation, stay true to your draft board rankings, while adapting and taking the risk your analysis suggest.
Three second year running backs crack the Top 20 Fantasy Football Rankings. The 2018 receptions leader finds his ranking and Mark Ingram finds himself still relevant after he serves his 4 game NFL suspension. @FFPmoonman PPR Rankings
Todd Gurley heads the list on Moon Man’s latest Fantasy Football Running Back Rankings. PPR leagues have it easy in 2018. The NFL is stacked at the running back position once again. There is a real possibility that I go running back in the 1st three rounds this year. In hopes of landing at least two rb #1s on my roster. The major concerns I see are with who to pick at number 3 on. Check out these rankings and other articles on my www.ffphilosophy.com website. All year long, Fantasy Football talk!
The 1st game on the slate is Thursday Night’s Atlanta Falcons at The Philadelphia Eagles. A rematch of the 2017 NFC Divisional Championship matchup. Im expecting big things from the Atlanta Falcons in 2018. They are actually my early Superbowl favorite. @ffpmoonman Daily Fantasy Sports
He opens the season home to Buffalo, at Cincy, home to Denver and at Pittsburgh. Alex Collins should be a fair cost in Daily Fantasy Sports with 20+ touch potential. @ffpmoonman, Fantasy Football.
Running Back #1 is back in 2018! Fantasy Football running backs are deep this year. Lets look at the rookies, busts from 2017 and figure out who is worth drafting in leagues. It starts with fading Odell Beckham Jr. in round 1 of your drafts. @ffpmoonman
The comments by Josh Allen in this article are racist. But in what context? To understand the context. We must first define racism for this topic. Racism is ever evolving as do humans. While every country in the world presents it’s own unique forms of racism. For the sake of this article. Lets focus on the “United States of America” racism. Perhaps the most confusing form of all.
The Oakland Raiders walked away from the 2018 NFL Draft as winners. Derek Carr was expected to do big things last season. Martavis Bryant is where its at! The explosive, young wide receiver with something to prove wants a pay day in 2019.
2018 NFL DRAFT DAY is Here! Rounds 1-3! Straight draft picks for an easy read. A few trades, Lamar Jackson drops, Four running backs go in the 1st round and multiple surprise picks.
N.C. State superstar Bradley Chubb falls outside the Top 5, the Arizona Cardinals move up into the Top 5, Alabama stars lead the pack in Round 1, Lamar Jackson finds himself with an NFL coach who is offensive minded, Jaire Alexander continues to climb the draft board, while Minkah Fitzpatrick and Quenton Nelson drop outside the Top 10. The Atlanta Falcons add another athlete to their young defense and running back Ronald Jones II finds himself drafted on Day 1.
South Carolina Tight end Hayden Hurst goes off the board late in round 1, the San Francisco 49ers trade down, Cleveland goes offense with picks #1 and #4, the Cowboys find Dez Bryant’s replacement and three wide receivers go in the second half of round 1. @ffpmoonman
Dallas Cowboys released wide receiver Dez Bryant. Moon Man breaks down which NFL teams may sign him, Who the Cowboys draft to replace him, What the Cowboys offense needs to do in order to compete in the 2018 NFL season. Is Dak Prescott an average game manager? @FFPmoonman
Round 1 Mock Draft 3.0 (Cleveland Trade Nets 3 1st Round Picks, 3 Running Backs Go and the Raiders Draft a Surprising Pick at 10).
Offense explodes in Moon Man’s 3rd Round 1 Mock Draft. The Cleveland Browns trade down and secure three first round draft picks. Five quarterbacks go off the board, three running back, six defensive backs, three defensive tackles. Pittsburgh Steelers nab their quarterback of the future and the New England Patriots draft two starters for their 2018 Superbowl push.
Bowman performed wonderfully in 2017 in his 10 games with the Oakland Raiders. Racking up 89 combined tackles, including 1.5 sacks. This 4 time All Pro would fit in nice with the Los Angeles Rams. Navorro Bowman will sign with the @ffpmoonman
The New England Patriots moved Brandin Cooks because they didn’t want to pay him next season? Trading two first round picks for Odell Beckham Jr. is unlikely considering Beckham is due a huge contract come 2019. Fantasy Football Implications, draft projections, trade options! @ffpmoonman
April is here and the 2018 NFL Draft is 27 days away. With every draft comes Fantasy Football implications thereafter. Moon Man’s 2.0 version will effect fantasy football leagues immediately. Do Fantasy Friends draft Sam Darnold, Josh Rosen, Josh Allen, Baker Mayfield or Lamar Jackson and leave them on the bench? Using a roster spot and waiting for that fortunate injury in the fantasy world or average starter to be benched. There is certainly a fair amount of average starters in the NFL and the backups await their opportunity.
Moon Man’s first Mock Draft for the 2018 NFL Draft is here. 5 quarterbacks going in round 1, two running backs and two trades both involving qbs. Baker Mayfield falls fast and is drafted by a team that causes controversy before the season even starts. Also, Eight defensive backs go off the board and wide receiver Christian Kirk finds himself going going to a Super Bowl contender late.
The New York Giants Trading Odell Beckham Jr. makes sense. Asking for two 1st rounds is a bit much for a talented wide receiver with on and off the field issues, recovering from a broken ankle and the $18 million dollar price tag. What should the Giants do? @FFPmoonman
